Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) is a four and a half year paramedical course. The students willing to pursue BPT course must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects in 10+2. Students from Arts or Commerce stream or the students having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are not eligible for taking admission in BPT course. Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) trains the candidates to treat muscle spasms and injuries. This course focuses on the physical movements of the body to treat various conditions such as sports injuries, chronic heart disease, stroke, cystic fibrosis, etc. It also highlights the importance of six months of clinical internship.
